I know you are tired. I know a lot is going on. No matter what you are juggling. You can do it. But you can’t do it all at once. So embrace the tilt. Tilt to what is a priority, leave some things for a while, come back to others when you can. Drop other things.

Slow and steady will be your friend. Plan. Rest. And reach out to people who can help you.
