Reminder to self series: inhale and exhale

Reminder to self: connection to breath helps me to be present, pause, observe and slow down.

And PS sometimes it feels like we are inhaling and exhaling for a long time but we aren’t really. PPS others will be admiring you for the pause not judging you. PPPS sometimes when we inhale deeply we do a slight little snort or our nose whistles...that’s ok as well (it happens to all of us, and me all the time 😉☺️🙃).
