Reminder to self series: exhaustion

What a week #swinprofexp team! Well done for maintaining your energy and focus as you entered a new classroom and build connection with your mentor and the students you are working with.

A reminder to self: if you are feeling exhausted, it is ok to rest and restart. Actually, this is so much better than pushing through and becoming even more exhausted. A rest could be a 30 minute break or a half day reset doing something else. Refresh you.
