Reminder to self: do something you love tonight.

This could be cooking a meal, eating with friends or family, cuddling your pet, ringing a mate, reading a chapter in your fav book, drawing, dancing, playing basketball, singing at the top of your voice to your fav song or stopping and snuggling up with a blankie on the couch. Whatever this is. Enjoy. You’ll mind and body will appreciate you for making this decision.
