Positive emotions are contagious. The more we experience them the more we want more, and the more we impact others around us. No wonder they are an important part of wellbeing.

So as you spend time in schools, with your mentor, new colleagues, students and wider school community have a think about joy, appreciation, curiosity, compassion, gratitude, kindness as starters for yourself and others. What do they look like? What does it feel like to enhance these in others?
