I'm here to help you to be mindful & build your self-care toolbox of resources.
I want to help you build your resources, so you can flourish and thrive. Building on mindfulness, positive psychology, and education, I research, develop innovative programs, and support individuals and collectives to begin to shift ideas of the hustle. Integral to this is making self-care a priority. I invite you to EXPLORE and discover possibilities and new ways of working, CREATE opportunities for yourself and your team to be innovative, and CO.llaborate in new and exciting ways in order to be mindful, calm and flourish.
